We collect information in three ways to enable survey matching and payout disbursement:
A. Information You Provide Directly
Account creation details including your username, valid email address, hashed password, and payout preferences (e.g., PayPal email address, crypto wallet address, or mobile banking number).
B. Demographic Profiling Data
Voluntary demographic data such as country, state/region, age, gender, household income bracket, education level, and employment status. This information is exclusively used to match you with survey studies that require your demographic criteria.
C. Technical & Anti-Fraud Metadata
IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, language settings, and device characteristics. This telemetry is collected strictly to prevent fraudulent multi-accounting, bot manipulation, and prohibited VPN/proxy routing.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Survey Qualification: Matching your profile with active research campaigns, academic studies, and consumer feedback panels.
- Reward Credit & Financial Accounting: Tracking completed postbacks, calculating lifetime earnings, and processing payout transfers to your selected withdrawal method.
- Platform Security & Integrity: Identifying bot attacks, multi-account syndicates, and fraudulent survey submissions to protect legitimate panelists and market research providers.
- Communication: Sending critical transactional notifications, payout status updates, and security alerts.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Research Partners
We partner with premier international survey networks and offerwall providers (including BitLabs, CPX Research, InBrain, TapResearch, and TheoremReach).
When you enter a survey router, we transmit only pseudonymized identifiers (such as a unique numeric User ID and general demographic variables). We never transmit your real name, email address, or payout credentials to survey advertisers.
Survey completions trigger encrypted Server-to-Server (S2S) postbacks containing cryptographic signatures to verify that points are credited accurately and legitimately.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in securely, remember your interface preferences, and protect our forms from Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may prevent you from accessing authenticated areas of the Platform.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
GENZIT Survey does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that an account has been registered by a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will promptly terminate the account and purge all associated records.

We implement industry-standard physical, technical, and managerial safeguards including automated firewalls, SSL/TLS encryption, and salted password hashing (bcrypt). Financial transaction logs are stored in secure double-entry ledgers to ensure payout traceability.
